To preserve clinical precision and ensure every client enjoys a serene experience, we recommend arriving 5–10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Late arrivals may result in an abbreviated service to avoid delaying subsequent appointments.
All treatments can be scheduled 24/7 online using our direct Booksy instant reservation system. Major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payment options are accepted both online via Booksy and in-person at our Riverside studio.
We exclusively utilize low-temperature, hypoallergenic hard wax specifically formulated to adhere strictly to hair follicles without pulling skin. Please notify your esthetician of any active skincare prescriptions (such as Retin-A or Accutane) prior to treatment.
Arrive with clean skin free of heavy oils or lotions. Avoid shaving or exfoliating 24 hours prior. Post-treatment, refrain from hot showers, saunas, direct sun exposure, and strenuous exercise for 24–48 hours to maintain skin health.
